From the initial outbreak of Covid-19, it was clear that the focus would be to keep our workforce safe, motivated and supported. The management team will have to quickly implement new measures and policies around the disease containment while not losing sight on finding new ways to continue organizational productivity and performance.
Some of the initiatives implemented to prevent and control infection includes facility controlled access and having safety measures like temperature screening, convenient pop-up hand-washing stations, sanitizing gels at convenient points and constant face mask wearing reminders. Social distancing at workplace, telecommuting and virtual meetings are also in-place and made mandatory.
In addition to the safety guidelines cascaded from authorities , we understand the disruption is not restricted to businesses but also to our staff and their families. To better their morale and lessen their anxieties, we provided our staff with high quality medical grade masks and distributed a Care Pack to all our staff while they serve out the work-from-home policies.
To also ensure our customers receive uninterrupted service level as much as possible during this period, we continue to focus on processes which will enable prompt response and quick turnaround with our distribution. This will also mean being able to discover new ways to manage KPI attainment while being able to react to the frequent disease evolvement.
